How do I activate the Xpectations Plus! Debit Card I got in the mail?
Opened an account online? You can activate your chip-enabled debit card by logging in to your account at PLScard.com or the app, click or tap the "Activate card" button on your account dashboard and follow the prompts. You'll be asked to provide the info below so we can verify your identity, and you will need to create a PIN:
– Last 4 digits of your debit card number
– Expiration date
– 3-digit security code (found on the back of your card)
– Your Social Security number and date of birth / Your ID number such as TIN or select US ID type or Foreign ID type and date of birth
Or, you can activate your chip-enabled debit card at PLScard.com/activate. You'll be asked to provide the info below so we can verify your identity and to create a PIN:
– 16-digit debit card number
– Expiration date
– 3-digit security code (found on the back of your card)
– Your Social Security number and date of birth / Your ID number such as TIN or select US ID type or Foreign ID type and date of birth
Once you've activated your card, add money to your account and start using it today.
